the solar system is 9 planets orbiting the sun. it is where we live. they are able to orbit the sun because of its strong gravitational pull. the 9 planets in order are,
Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. however some people don't consider pluto a planet.
